The leantranspo® product range comprises the development and design of partial and complete functional systems based on lifgo® and lean SL®. Whenever mounted parts, motors and steel constructions are used in addition to the two gearbox systems, then the supplied components form a leantranspo® system.
Take advantage of the long-standing experience of our engineering team which will be happy to advise you regarding all your development and design requirements. leantranspo® means tailor-made solutions that are designed specifically for you so that they respond perfectly to your particular needs.
The sturdy and linear gear rack lift drives from LEANTECHNIK make up the foundation. Thanks to the combination of two or four gearboxes and the use of an electric drive, synchronous vertical and horizontal lifting movements can be performed with ease. But LEANTECHNIK doesn't just think in two dimensions. In addition to individual components, we also supply partial and complete functional systems. In this context, the company has developed a new type of 3-axis positioning system (DAP).
Blank stationsLift tables fulfill a wide range of functions chassis manufacture. Among other things, LEANTECHNIK AG offers a special version for blank stations; e.g. to be installed under a high-speed conveyor for lifting chassis into a parked position. The lift table comprises two double lift columns, each one equipped with a "lifgo® linear" gear rack lift drive. The gearbox travels 125 cm vertically along the linear gear rack and works with a positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm. A profile shaft synchronizes the opposing gearboxes, which are driven thought an air cylinder.
Double lifting column
For a particularly space-saving solution, LEANTECHNIK AG offers the double lift column. The lift units, located on two sides of the column, feature separate drives, allowing them to move independently of one another, such that two systems can be operated at the same time. For example, the lift column shown opens and closes a roller hemming machine in an automotive production line.
The ceiling height of 3.20 m delimited the construction space, and the required stroke rate presented the engineers with another challenge. In spite of this, LEANTECHNIK AG was able to design and implement the columns with no problem at all. The system traverses up to 1,800 mm in 3 seconds and can move loads of up to 850 kg. Two lifgo® linear gearboxes each travel along one gear rack per work area of the column (image shows just one area.) The gearboxes used for the lifgo® linear 5.3 version have a lift force of 15,000 N each.
