To enable us to process your enquiry quickly and efficiently, please complete our returns form and enclose it with your parcel.

Here’s how to do it. Step by step.
Step 01
Complete and upload the returns form
Step 02
Pack the product securely.
Please ensure that the goods are properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
Important: Parcels that are not adequately protected cannot be accepted!
Step 03
Please enclose the returns form.
Please place the completed form in the parcel – this is the only way we can correctly identify your return.
Step 04
Please send the parcel to the following address:

Step 05
Once we have received your product, we will inspect it and get in touch with you.
Important information:
- We charge a flat fee of €100 for an analysis service. If a repair is carried out, this amount will be deducted from the total cost.
- Please ensure that all relevant information is provided on the return form to avoid any delays.
