lifgo® SVZ
Helical gearing ensures that more teeth bear the load simultaneously during meshing. Instead of an abrupt, straight-toothed contact, there is continuous, overlapping engagement of the tooth flanks.
This not only significantly reduces noise levels, but also distributes the forces more evenly across the gearing – a benefit for smooth running and component protection during continuous operation.

Our lifgo® rack-and-pinion gearbox – robust, precise and extremely versatile
LEANTECHNIK rack-and-pinion drives convert rotational motion into linear motion and, thanks to their modular design, are highly versatile. For applications involving long strokes and travel distances, you can also easily connect our lifgo rack-and-pinion drives in series in any number.
The lifgo series forms the basis of our extensive range of rack and pinion drives for linear axes. This rack and pinion drive is particularly robust and has a long service life – enabling it to meet the most demanding requirements in terms of speed and synchronisation.
The 4-roller guide system on our lifgo rack-and-pinion drives ensures high positioning accuracy, as required, for example, for the efficient operation of handling systems and packaging lines. The lifgo series is available in five model ranges: lifgo, lifgo double, lifgo linear, lifgo linear double and lifgo SVZ.
Each of our rack and pinion gearbox series is available in five sizes – 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 – as well as in an eccentric version. With this variant, the tooth flank clearance can be individually adjusted. For particularly heavy loads of up to 2.5 t, we offer the lifgo 5.4 rack and pinion gearbox.
