Sorting plant with lifgo® and foreign materials
Sorting, stacking, control — all from a single source. LEANTECHNIK developed and built a complex sorting system, including control systems and logistics integration, for a client in the industrial sector. The system handles the fully automatic destacking of sorting crates in the storage area — designed, manufactured and assembled in its entirety, and handed over on a turnkey basis.
Transfer – 17 metres, with gripper stations
Pick up, transfer, immerse — with perfect timing and process reliability. This lifgo® linear transfer system for the chemical industry handles the horizontal lifting and precise lowering of parts into process baths. Supplied as a turnkey system: including steel structure, assembly and trial operation.
Gantry system with a three-axis gripper arm and a two-axis palletiser
Two arms, a perfectly coordinated process: the three-axis gripper arm picks up raw parts, places them on the conveyor belt and returns finished parts to the blister packs — whilst the two-axis palletiser distributes the blister packs precisely across three positions. Implemented using lifgo doppel and lifgo linear, whose rack-and-pinion systems function directly as gripper modules. Entirely designed, built and assembled by LEANTECHNIK.

This rack-and-pinion gearbox mechanism with a linearly guided rack is suitable for fast, precise and synchronous systems. For applications requiring high lateral load-bearing capacity, our robust and durable lifgo series is the first choice.
lean SL®
circular rack and pinion gearboxes
The robust and cost-effective alternative to the lifgo. The lean SL rack-and-pinion drive is suitable for simple synchronous lifting applications where precise guidance is already in place and there is no need to absorb lateral forces.
