All of our processes, from first contact with customer all the way to after-sales service, were established with our customers’ needs in mind and are managed and designed with the goal of customer satisfaction.
Based on our quality management system, all the corporate processes which directly or indirectly influence the creation of our products have been defined with the aim of fulfilling our customers’ needs. These process definitions have been implemented in our daily work operations and continually adapted to suit the needs of the company and its customers and markets.
We meet the requirements set forth by ISO 9001 and are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. The effectiveness of the quality management system is continuously evaluated by accredited external certification agencies in the context of audits and internal audits.
