In many industries, the respective coating or the material used plays a major role.
We offer our gearboxes with various coatings. These include burnished gearboxes, galvanised gearboxes, anodised gearboxes and also gearboxes with Duralloy coating.
Some of our gearboxes are also available in a stainless steel version, for example.

LEANTECHNIK gearboxes have always been used to move a wide variety of components and products.
Thanks to this flexibility, we also appeal to customers from the semiconductor and food industries, for example. This led to the development of the particularly small lean SL® 5.m. In an environment that requires the highest precision and the highest level of cleanliness, it runs continuously and reliably with the lowest possible particle emission.
Same precision, different dimension
Our lean SL® 5.5 was first designed for extreme use in the dismantling of a nuclear reactor. The demands placed on us were therefore exceptional in all respects. Since then, the lean SL® 5.5 developed in this way has not only performed its services in the combustion chamber of a nuclear power plant, but has also taken on other heavy-duty tasks in industry.

Many of you will be familiar with the saying “If it doesn’t fit, we’ll make it fit“. This is also our approach when it comes to specific connection bores or other adaptations for the compatibility of our gearboxes and your system. The robust and inexpensive alternative to the lifgo®. The gear unit is suitable for simple synchronous lifting tasks where an exact guide is already available and a transverse force absorption is not required.
